Our Story

Bami Riu's journey began in Nguyen's childhood kitchen in Ha Noi. Surrounded by the vibrant aromas and flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, a love for banh mi blossomed. Years later, after graduate university in Korea, the desire to share this culinary passion with others fueled the creation of Bami Riu.
